Over 126sqm of Parisienne Perfection by the Village

In Lewis Caroll's famous book, Alice steps through a mirror into a world she could see beyond. Just like Alice, you now have the chance to walk through the mirror & into an exclusive world of luxury. You will feel like a VIP as you wander down the red carpet, surrounded by the period details of the entrance hall as you make your way to one of two large, three-bedroom residences at The Canterbury.

The herringbone parquetry, plantation shutters & sheer size of the living and dining room will convince you that the time you have taken out of your day was well worth it to inspect. When you take a closer look, you will see all the little details that set this one apart. The chandelier above the dining area & wall sconces have a natural and fanciful quality, matching a theme of warm comfortable finishes. The kitchen is open enough for modern lifestyles and closed off enough to hide the dishes when entertaining. It has all the finishes you would expect of a Toorak address, with natural stone bench top & thoughtfully designed cabinetry with storage in all the right places, & some surprise features I'll leave for you to find.

The third bedroom is at the front and the master suite with walk in robe and ensuite is at the back. You can see the floor plan online, with the large central bathroom with laundry facilities and bath. You can see the measurements of the bedrooms, but you might underestimate how big the master bedroom is until you arrive. Whether you are a young family looking for proximity to world-class schools or a local looking to downsize but not downgrade, you're in the right place.

While I am not into cars, I am into convenient parking. To have four secure carparks in the underground garage is something hard to find in a location like this so close to Toorak Village, the spaces on title passing with the sale are almost worth the whole ticket price. Speaking of extra space, make sure to inspect the storage room next to the apartment. A cheekier agent might suggest it is a home office given the size and fit out, but we aren't that way inclined.

More importantly than all of that, is the community you would be apart of if you bought into The Canterbury. Once you move in, the access to the shared courtyard at the rear will give you the option for outdoor space, used only by the residents of apartment 95. You might run into a friendly neighbour if you use the gym or sauna, & you will only then validate just how good a place this is to live.
