With parking on title behind this solid brick building this one truly ticks all the boxes; a leafy sanctuary that will set you up for a bright future. The size is right, the orientation perfect and the position is unbeatable…so now all you need to do is take the time to inspect it, you might regret a missed chance if you don't.
