There are only three things you can't change when you buy an apartment: the size, the orientation, and the position. Take your pick between left and right; either the Botanic Gardens or the lush expanses of Como Park via Rockley Gardens. Then there are some underrated additions in the apartment itself, like the updated timber-style flooring and comfort of the new fixed heaters. With parking on title behind this solid brick building this one truly ticks all the boxes; a leafy sanctuary that will set you up for a bright future. The size is right, the orientation perfect and the position is unbeatable…so now all you need to do is take the time to inspect it, you might regret a missed chance if you don't.
