Tracey commenced her property management career in Auckland, New Zealand in 1998 for Housing Zealand. This role provided a diverse range of challenges which helped shape her future years in the industry. Taking a break for a few years whilst living in Asia, Tracey then settled in Melbourne in 2004.
She entered the industry in 2005 working as a Leasing Consultant in the Boroondara area. This provided good grounding for her next step into property management.
Working through the ranks from Property Manager to eventually running a department this provided an opportunity to assist and mentor members of staff . As the Department Manager, she handled more complex and challenging matters.
In her free time Tracey enjoys the theatre and has done some extensive travel.
