Rebecca Cleaver

Rebecca lives in South Yarra and has lived in Stonnington for most of her adult life. Rebecca loves the area and thinks it is such a great combination of different cultures, cuisines, and vibes. On the weekends she enjoys trying all of Melbourne’s latest brunch spots and then hiking at somewhere like The You Yangs. She recently purchased a piece of land and is currently building another investment property of her own. Rebecca is a huge animal lover with two dogs that you will likely see walking around the Tan or Fawkner Park most days after work or stopping you on the street to say hello to the dogs of Stonnington.

Rebecca has a career that spans across retail, real estate sales, recruitment for real estate agencies, and working for an investor builder in house and land packages. This makes her look at business development as a big picture from quality of service, staffing, land value, the actual property and what all these things combined will provide.

“Investment for me is a passion and I believe that it is the pathway to more financial freedom later in life. The thing I love about business development is no day is the same. I love getting out and about and meeting new clients and seeing all their beautiful properties. I enjoy helping people so if they are happy and in a better position than they were before they met me, I feel like I have succeeded. From a professional perspective I strive to one day be a Director myself as I don’t feel there are enough female Directors in the industry
