Ian Smith

From his excellent communication skills, deep understanding of the Boroondara property market, and genuine passion for putting people in their perfect homes, Ian Smith loves every aspect of his role as experienced Leasing Consultant with the Woodards Camberwell team.

Ian has previous experience is property sales as well as property management and commercial photography. Combining all this valuable experience including photography (he still shoots many of his properties), Ian’s comprehensive and detailed approach to his job means he is constantly achieving outstanding results for his clients.

Ian also possesses a very proactive approach and is a seasoned communicator and speaker, and has been a guest speaker at Lions Clubs, Car Clubs, and Rotary Clubs. Ian knows the Boroondara area like no one else, having grown up in Hawthorn and attended Auburn Primary School as a youngster.

Outside of work, Ian loves cheering on his beloved Hawthorn Football Club on the weekends, as well as fishing, taking country trips, and attending historic motor sport events and car rallies.
